It`s Easter long weekend, and in Beechworth, that means one thing. It`s the Golden Horseshoes Festival! 🐎
Across four golden days, Beechworth buzzes with live music, bustling markets, local food and family-friendly fun, celebrating the stories of our town.
Saturday (tomorrow!) is the highlight, featuring the much-loved Grand Parade, live music, vibrant markets, food courts and roaming performers. Community events continue all weekend, with the popular Easter Egg Hunt delighting families on Sunday.

The High Country Hop returns to the village green this weekend, bringing fresh-hop beers, live music and good times to Beechworth’s Historic Precinct Reserve.
This harvest celebration puts the spotlight on Victorian High Country brewers pouring limited-release ales made with freshly picked 2026 hops, alongside standout Australian craft breweries and international guests.
Between tastings, settle in for a stellar line-up of Melbourne’s most exciting independent artists, delivering big communal energy in a relaxed regional setting.
