Recently added to the National Heritage List, this fascinating collection of granite buildings tells the story of Australia's gold rush boom, early colonial governance, and the diverse communities that shaped the region.

You will visit original 1850s structures including the Gold Sub-Treasury, Chinese Protectorate Office, Courthouse, and Telegraph Station, and explore stories of fortune, hardship, rebellion, and justice.
